CAMP DUTIES

CAMP DUTIES

SETTING TABLES - Report to the kitchen 15 minutes before meals.

· Set tables and organise dining room.

CLEARING TABLES - Report to the kitchen straight after meals.

· Clean and wipe tables and sweep floors.

KITCHEN ASSISTANTS - Report to the kitchen after every meal.

· Wash, dry and put away or return the kitchen dishes.

· Take food scraps to waste food buckets.

· Hang tea towels and towels out to dry.

COOKS - Report to kitchen 30 minutes before food preparation.

· Prepare food stations for children to make their meals.










Wednesday tea – at tables unless teacher prefers otherwise (beach if it’s a nice night).

Thursday lunch – packed and away from camp.

Bunk House


Bunk House

6 bedrooms with singles and bunks, pillows and pillow cases, fitted bottom sheets and mattresses provided

No other bedding or linen supplied

Fully self-contained kitchen 2 ovens, Microwave, 1 fridge/freezers, 2 large fridge, 1 small chest freezer
Large food pantry. All cooking utensils pots, pans, cutlery and crockery supplied. Dishwasher. Own laundry 2 showers and 2 toilets
Large dinning/lounge area Gas fire TV channels 1 & 2 only BBQ. DVD for hire. No tents to be erected on site. Shop handy. Telecom 027 only. Tennis court hotel and Golf course 5kms away. Walk across to the beach.


To ensure all our guests have a great holiday we expect a common sense approach and consideration to be shown at all times to other guests. This includes reasonable behavior and dress.

There is quiet time from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am, (except New Years Eve when some discretion is required).
